Shout out to the Division. I didn't know that Loochy knew about the Div and the Darkzone. I agree, adding something like the darkzone for MW3 would be amazing.

I completely agree. It's annoying doing the 30 minutes of mission grinding just to upgrade the pack-a-punchs to just be sustainable in level 2.

Loochy is just so smooth. it makes me want to live my life this way. idk what it is but everything is just so satisfying about his gameplay

I’ve never been a big zombies player either. I think it’s cool for something a little bit different from time to time. I really hope that they come back to DMZ in the near future. It’s got a big enough fallowing and it’s the mode a played 90% of the time.

Glad your liking it Loochy, I liked your earlier comments in vid about the feeling of progression. That is the only thing I'm missing a bit, but I think it's because it's so easy to loot/farm/upgrade without focusing on whatever mission you have cued up. I am getting better about being conscious of what i"m bringing out with me for the next run to minimize gear up time. Act 1 story mission was pretty cool. all in all I'm very happy with the DMZ/Outbreak blend they achieved.

Nice Loochy. I finally found a video of you doing modern warfare 3 zombies. And yes, I agree with about the essence in this video. We definitely need a wallet like in DMZ to go in and take out essences with us and use that in our next matches. Unfortunately they do have a tombstone stash that we can do to have a stash to get to in our next match. Unfortunately if the server is laggy and freezes up and then crashes. Your gear and weapons along with your tombstone is gone. This has happened to me several times, and unfortunately I have to start all over again. Lol. Unfortunately like DMZ being a PvP. Zombies is more a Player vs Environment or (PvE). And of course, the other players you can get either more essences or exchange perks and gear. I usually try to hang on to vests or backpacks to trade for in my matches. And it is definitely a good way to meet other players who might be struggling in their missions or have the same missions as you do. Anyway, awesome video here Loochy great content and gameplay.

Played MWZ and warzone for the first time today. Two rounds of War were enough. Played six rounds of Zombies. Those ex-fils are definitely not boring. Yeesh. 🧟‍♂️

As quite a hardcore Division player - 2:58 - completely agree and read my mind However being a member of the community there was a big divide on this where people would get annoyed about having to play PvP modes to get gear, so to counter this would maybe do something along the lines of double experience or something rather than a specific unlock that can only be gotten from PvP (this is coming from a PvP player)

It’s quickly growing on me , like your idea with the pvp area , you could have an exfil in the red zone that lets you keep the upgraded weapons

You actually made me like WMZ a little more dude! However I totally agree on your negative points - just having a wallet would be an easy fix to change it for the better. And I love your idea of implementing a PvP “Dark zone” like in the Division. If they’ll leave it as it is now, I think it’ll die for me in a month or so. But for now it’s entertaining. I would however and without a doubt prefer DMZ had just moved into Urzikstan. Love your content bro!

I‘m happy you went in open minded. Lot of players going in with high expectations, just to being disappointed and hate the game. I loved DMZ, and I agree with the wallet stuff. But when DMZ started honestly, it was in a worst place then MWZ. There was no wallet, no upgrade system, 10slot contraband stash etc. so I think MWZ will be adding some stuff later. I having an absolute blast with this mode, as you sad. Just go in, and having fun. (And not get sniped from 400meter on the extraction for no reason 😂)

DMZ is still getting secret updates. No matter what changes they make, it can't replace DMZ

I never was big on zombies but played ot with my cuz whenever i went to his house. Black ops 3 had a zombies campaign and i thought that was neat so seeing dmz mixed with zombies is cool. Mw2 2022 is actually my first cod game i ever bought

As someone who's played a lot of cod zombies, it looks like the same progression like you mentioned by starting from the beginning at the start of each match. I do like the fact they added elements of DMC with zombies and I do agree they should add the wallet to store currency so we can prepare to take on the bigger challenges.

Iv pretty much played all the zombie COD’s. And they have all felt very constrained map wise. So for me.....this is like the holy grail. I love it 🤷🏻‍♂️

To be fair, if one haven't played the original zombies back in the days in "Kino der Toten" with Richtofen and the gang and the old Black Ops maps and easter eggs, one have nothing to compare to. I kinda liked that they added the exfill option and the more open world feel to it in Black Ops - Cold War, but this has nothing to do with zombies anymore, no storyline that connects the history, no real easter eggs that takes hours to complete, no competing for high rounds, sure it has some mission system that might badly compare to a "story line"-ish something, but I mean, I just don't see it as a zombie game anymore, sure it has zombies and hellhounds, but this just seems like a different themed version of SYNCED ... But keep up your hard work my man, lovin your content all the way

It’s worth giving zombies a shot, although it does get very repetitive. Also, you can upgrade your insured weapon at packa a punch etc, but you lose the upgrades next time you play. DMZ for the win!

i played dmz like, doing my missions.. have fun with friends.. avoid pvp as good as i can.. but if i had to.. i killed my enemies.. now in zombies.. i miss the aspect of pvp, lol.. it is absolut fun.. but i love the idea of getting a zone where pvp is "allowed". !! for the rest i'm absolut the same opinion like u Loochy.. but in the end.. i love both modes

I played a few zombies games, haven't been back to MW3 since. Been back on DMZ and having a blast. For me, it doesn't get old. I play all different ways. Solo, solo but friendly, solo but savage, squad fill. Depending how you go in and what your plans are. Every game is different. There is no game mode that brings me such diverse fun as DMZ does. Also, I never watched streams or youtube videos of gamers but DMZ is entertaining to watch as well and why I began following people that streamed/made videos playing DMZ.

As a solo in this, it grinds my gears if you tackle a tier two or higher infested stronghold for a hot minute only for a team to come in and finish it off + yank half or all of your rewards 😂 working together my ass, this is COD

I was wondering if there was any progress mechanic but I was kind of disappointed when I found out almost everything resets after each match - this is the reason why I still like DMZ.

I have to say i agree with most everything you have said, the one downfall i have found more so than in DMZ is that no one, and i mean i have found no one in 10+ hrs of play that have a Mic.....

I liked dmz, I like this. They are not the same, similar in many ways sure. But I don't hate it. I appreciate winding down, leveling up my stuff, not worrying about campers, 6 mans or people intentionally trying to ruin my game.

It looks like you’re more relaxed and will most likely have a good and calm rest of your day after a session of dmzombies (maybe do some yoga after). I did enjoy your pvp dmz content while it lasted.

Ok so few tips Sorry for the long comment but I hope it helps some people The dog is good but best when u get it from their 3 and then leave with it because that dog can revive you which is best for solo But make sure you only have one weapons an stand up so u can switch to ur fists and get in and out asap The purple glowing straight portals are a good way to fast travel around the map not just cars Tombstone is a must because if u die you can come back and go to ur last death location and you will get all of ur items and essence back from the last down but not ur guns Make sure ur doing missions in tier 2 because they have a higher chance of dropping recipes for you to be able to craft the perk cans, pack a punch items and rarity increases and also ammo mods 3 plates can be obtained in the mercenary strong holds in the safe at the end of the building You can get a free strong hold key card by clearing a mercenary camp it will be in the chest Then the legacy card which the building in tier 2 top left will give u a purple shotgun and a small chance of dropping a ray gun My opinion just try and have fun with it you will have more to start with once you progress the story missions

Haven’t bothered buying yet considering my Xbox is 500 gb and last update for mw2 wanted 50gb for update and all I have is apex and mw2 so I appreciate you giving me a solid rundown per usual 🎉

No pvp is a good thing on zombies can you imagine a 6 man Team pulling up with juggernaut armor

i hope they give this free in MW because DMZ love all the players for being intense gameplay, individual mission, group play, solo play, pvp and free gameplay

its ok you explore zombies, but in my opinion I prefer dmz, you help me to focus when Im working or studying i put you as background hahaha the feeling of being pursued provide some adrenaline into the game zombies is like revive 1995 with the ps1 playing some action game

I’ve been enjoying MWZ. What a lot of DMZ players are mistaken about is that MWZ isn’t meant to replace DMZ. Personally I hated DMZ, if I wanted to get camped by sweats while doing objectives I’d go play war zone. You have the DMZ purists saying this sucks. You have the zombies purists saying this sucks. Then you have those of us who just have fun. Chances are there will be a pvp-enabled function in the future, but I personally think PVP shouldn’t be a mandatory subject of MWZ.

Dmz had so much more. Interactions, insane scenarios you get yourself in, tactics, incompetent ransoms, making friends, and the extremely funny moments no other cod game had. So I bought insurgency and its a great fix for that time of game play only players are extremely good and you have to think a lot more which sometimes is not a positive thing when you just want to have fun

The other part I hate is the weapons lose its rarity for the next match. Means you can't collect good guns anymore

if you hit the pak punch machine before using it your camo on your gun wont change, you can also find 3 plate vest in the strongholds once you get a card open it clear the terminus soldiers out the start the drill on the safe theres a 3 plate in every stronghold

I think they could very easily just turn off the Zombies and turn on DMZ on the new map... my guess is that's the plan eventually but they ran out of time

Activision will never see another penny from me if they don't continue DMZ development. That's all I have to say.

You only lose your stuff if you use it or lose it cuz you died and didn’t exfil successfully. Finding the aether tools is good and all, but you want to find the schematics so you can craft them. Same with upgrades for weapons. Plus it’s easy to level up weapons and get the mods you want, not sure if they transfer to mp tho. Really liking how you can just go in as casual or deadset on a mission as you want tho

Brilliant, ballanced review. I totally agree on all counts. It's not DMZ but it is brilliant, chilled out fun with some great player encounters. I'm really having a blast with it.

Was saying just yesterday that the complexes, in hindsight, feel like they were testing a division-like darkzone for pvp. DMZ was a beta, just not for DMZ.

My only negative is that you're not allowed to equip or extract a third weapon. Whatever happened to the classic zombies perk Mule Kick?

I like DMZ but I play solo and I swear every freaking time I’m about to exfil I get shot in the back by some player. So I don’t miss PvP. I like the zombies mode. I can play in peace

So is this the only zombie mode the game has or do they have a classic zombie mode where you kill and clear waves?

It's not impossible to find a 3-plate or a large rucksack in the 1st area where everyone loads in. I found a 3-plate in less than 4 min's of loading in, in the _I7_ area. Albeit, probably luck 🤗 I'm sure it's easier in the 2nd & 3rd areas.

If this is anything like cold war zombies a few years back which it seems like it is they need to add a new op zombie breed in later rounds/tiers for the pros. In Cold War outbreak once you got good you were unstoppable. It’d be nice bc then new players could get good without being obliterated but the pros would still have a challenge

So is this mode F2P like DMZ? Or you gotta have the base game, too?

you can leave essence in your pack with tombstone. another good way to take loot in essentially is to tombstone yourself, that way you have perks and money ready to go when you spawn, just go to your pack.

Hey mate. I love my DMZ and am always trying to finish missions but I need someone of your calibre to assist me as they keep getting harder. I know of quite a few other players in the same boat. Join us in the random squad cycle. Al Mazrah and Vondel. Askika is too toxic these days. Your videos will be more enjoyable than the one's in DMZZ.

Another good strategy would be to see what wall buys are available in tier 3. Weapon rarity seems to make more difference than the pack a punch

Always loved zombies, but the one issue about og zombies is, u never get a damn minute! Constant stream of zombies coming at u, u gotta be on ur toes all the time. Why i love this outbreak/dmz style zombies is, u can get a breather! Action gets too hot, ur about to die, need to reload? Just back out, find a quiet spot and regain!!

what happens with rarety of guns when you exfil, do they also reset?

Will there be a free version on steam of mw3 like there was with mw2 warzone?

the only issue i really have personally is that after solo clearing a two or three floor infected stronghold solo some random person just runs in and steals all your loot before you get back to the room with all the chests and there is nothing that i can do about it other than swallow it or just sit there mad about succeeding a challenge.

This is really cool. I love PvE modes and I really hope that DMZ would sometime get PvE only lobbies for players who would like a cinematic expierence and is too afraid of zombies. There is nothing cooler than when you reach the point in DMZ where endless AI "death squads" as I like to call them (T3 AI) comes to try and kill you.

My friends and I love it. The only issue is the damn timer.

I appreciate this video even though I already made up my mind that it's not for me. BLOPS1 was all the Zombies I could handle. I only joined my friends and only because of the Easter eggs, otherwise I was far more interested in MP (the repetitiveness meant I didn't t find it that much fun).

Be mindful that other players can revived your team if you request for help. No toxic matches. Especially at the exfil location..that's where the most fun is at closing to the match-end Countdown timer. When ALL the players gather and just at WAR! with zombies. Proximity chat works best here
