Hi everyone! Today we are going discuss if now is a good time to go to a coding bootcamp! I went to a coding bootcamp back in 2020, but the circumstances around coding bootcamps are much different in 2023. The truth about coding bootcamps is that whether they are worth you attending changes from period to period! 2020 has been different from 2021 and is different yet again for 2023, so let's go over those key differences.
If you want to become a software engineer in 2023, I'm sure you've heard over and over that coding bootcamps might be the way to do it! Though not wrong, is it the best way? Between money considerations, timeline, and what's to be gained overall, there's a lot to consider! Going to a codingn bootcamp was worth it for me in 2020, is it still? Let's talk about it here.
