I recently saw where the Loma Alta improvement corridor is finally going to get underway. When I bought my property off Oceanside Blvd south of El Camino Real I saw the proposed improvements and it looked so river-walkish! Unfortunately the market stall of 2008 put those plans on the back burner until now. Should be nice addition to Oside's efforts to make the entry corridor off the 5 ramp more welcoming.
