I actually started earning passive income from Peerspace, then by word of mouth I had many airbnb owners hit me up to manager their airbnb listings. I now manage 4 Peerspace Listings and 5 Airbnb listings. Cool to know that there's someone on youtube making content about my career. Not everyone thinks our jobs are cool! glad I came across your page.

That’s so cool that you manage peerspace listings! Haven’t heard of that yet but makes complete sense. Has managing these listings replaced your full time income?

@@HDBnB1 it was for a while till I found out that event spaces are very seasonal so in the winter it calmed down which is exactly when my Airbnb’s hired me. But yeah on peerspace I’ve been listing actual event spaces. Was about to put my Airbnb’s up on there too just haven’t yet

Same I love Peerspace I have 3 listings with them , 2 of which we just opened up. The money is great and I enjoy creating amazing spots for people to work in.

I'm guessing they were worried about hidden cameras, that'swhy they turned the mirroraround, disconnected the TV. I'd never heard of peerspace.this is great info! Thank u!

I love Peerspace ! Had over 60 booking and opened 2 more listings , Things didn’t start jumping off until I was 5 months in but that’s because I changed what my space looked like. Example it looks way more attractive especially in creativity. I’ll tell anyone if you’re not getting bookings relook at your space. Some people like the home look but the people come in when you have something they can’t do or make themselves.

Great advice and tips! How long was the timespan for you to reach 60 bookings?

@@HDBnB1 I’ll say the last 3 months of what made it get to 60. Last month was maybe 21-23 bookings and the month before that was around the same number. There was a peak to when it came in. I recognized I started to see more bookings after I made a IG for it and Photographers were tagging it and now it’s rising with trending in my area. I’ll say it took 4 months. There’s a sweet spot with Peerspace and just like anything else. The problem is finding what that looks like to you ✨

My man! This was a good video I like it. Another great platform to utilize. I like it. Good stuff man. Peerspace got to look it up. You should do a video on how you find these other websites. How did you learn of peerspace, airbnb, etc.

Hey Huy! Love the video and breakdown. Have you continued to book on Peerspace in the last year since this experience? I'm looking to do the same with my airbnb in Dallas. Not sure how it works with having to manually block off the calendar or if Peerspace syncs with a PMS system (we use Guesty)

I know you can link the peerspace calendars and airbnb calendars together! I still use peerspace but it hasn’t had as much demand and traction to prove an issue with double booking

Definitely would not rely on peerspace as my main source of income. More of a supplementary option. Then again, my place isn’t really created for peerspace and more suited for airbnb
