⁠⁠@@anushkashukla1691 Trevor’s testicles seem far larger than Arthur’s though. Like the difference in ball size is actually colossal. Which makes up for the potential difference in map size. Trevor even has a tattoo of the entirety of the map of Canada on them, which really ups his game, and in fact even adds “map” to his “game”.

@@Brandon-br7tcit’s hard to compare because they are completely different shapes but RDR2 not only has the main parts it has out of bounds and an unfinished Mexico, which adds a lot more map to the game. I do think rdr2 has a bigger map

@@VTaurus7598 Firstly, GTA5, RDR2 and GTA6 are all the same engine. Secondly, the engine has little to do with anything in games. It means that some graphics bugs/artifacts can be the engine, or some assets and textures, meaning 2 games on the same engine can look similar, aside from that the engine does whatever you program it to do. Payday 2's engine was previously only used for racing games. If a game has issues, it comes down to either developer incompetence or lack of experience, it's rarely the engine's fault.

The thing about grenades is because in the 1800s they were weaker and of course in modern times they are more powerful. Still, RDR2 is still very realistic but you have to take into account that the era is different, that's why many things there are different compared to IV and V. Good video!

with IV and V the main reason why theyre different is because GTA V had to run on a 2006 console with 256MB of ram. Rockstar downgraded and cut out some tiny details for performance reasons. Thats why the PS3/360 versions of GTA V only had about 2 years of update support The games only take place 5 years apart. Its like 2019 vs 2024

Only logical reason I have for the rdr2 benches not getting destroyed by tnt is bcuz literally every single type of chair/bench in rdr2 is able to be used and sat on so they had to make it so they don’t get destroyed,In gta u can’t sit down so they have no reason to make them indestructible

Realistically i think the bench in rdr2 is glued to the floor the metal frame of the bench should bend or break, unless the dynamite is weak

No it has something to do with time and resource management. It is entirely possible to make a interactable object destroyable. In GTA you spend alot of time drviving around (and crashing) vehicles, park benches are everywhere in Los Santos. having indestructable benches everywhere in the city would bother the players. In Red dead Redemption you don't spend as much time in cities in towns as in GTA, and benches are placed more sparsely. On top of that, there isn't really a way you "could" destroy a bench on a regular basis in Red dead, besides throwing dynamite directly onto it. Sure you could crash your horse or wagon against one, but making the crash satisfying would be quite the time consuming thing to do, for something that would happen very rarely.

RDR2 also leans a bit more realistic with its storytelling and gameplay, it still has a lot of the charming Rockstar over-the-topness, but it's easier to suspend disbelief than it is in GTA, where you kind of accept that it's ridiculous and learn to love it. Neither is better mind you, two different but equally fun approaches!

If i were on a budget and wanted access to 4k gaming, consoles are where it's at, you'd need to spend at least 2.5 times more on a pc to get any real difference

If you think about it GTA 5 map feels more like an island then a country, but with rdr2 it feels a lot more bigger

One issue for me with RDR is that I've never really been into the whole wild west thing. Even as a kid I wasnt really into cowboys. So while it's a great game (I preferred RDR1) the setting does nothing for me. I prefer the modern setting of the GTA games.
