So many thoughts! So many feelings!! So true!!! Everything is true!!! Self care is obviously important but I agree that there are SO many pieces to a good happy mom life and community is something that I feel like I need to be working on in this season of life ❤️. Thank you!!!

Mom guilt is no fun, it happens all the time, no matter the age of your kiddos. Having a "village" is a must, love my group of ladies I can lean on!

Self care is definitely different for everyone. Attempting to get a little extra sleep once in a while and getting groceries delivered instead of dragging two small children to the store is what counts for me these days.
