My experience has been that if a top is large and not gentle, you have the right to tell him to get his dick out of you and leave. If you have a large partner (like relationship more than a one off) then they need to either accept they need to be gentle or they can bottom for you instead (then be rough and see how he likes it). Also remember, doing squats opens you up and you can take more and that also puts you in control. And sweet jerseys, use TONS of lube (silicone based lasts longer and is much silkier, water based just doesn’t cut it with larger men).

Totally agree. In all respects although I am now in my late Sixties I have always had Doctors who were totally non-judgemental and just imformative. They have been wonderful people and I have always felt totally comfortable sharing anything with them in respect of my body and my health. My oldest Son is an ICU Charge Nurse and has the same attitude as myself.

I’m in shock and greatly surprised to finally encounter a highly professional and very intelligent young doctor whom seriously focused his practice in a subject that has been taboo for straight, bisexual, transgender, gay men, etcetera. The fact that you touch this subject in such a nonchalant informal, while completely educational and objectively clear way, it will make such an amazing difference making better decisions and help wondering men understand that pleasing your bum hole can be even much more pleasure able than ever thought possible, doing it right and safely is always key to ensure no unwanted consequences, I wish we could have a way to nominate amazing doctors like yourself for such awards as the Medical Oscars, you’d for sure be on the very top shelf of such awards! serge..I live in florida and am not married ....you would not believe when I first moved back here and I was in my thirties and not married and having sex ...how many GYNECOLOGIST were blown away when I said I was having sex , not married and did not have a boyfriend..it was really really sad ..like really sad and scary and this was just a couple years ago and they were female gynecologists...and they wore sandals ...like some jobs ,...you should probably wear a foot covering shoe @@SergeDuka

I visited a proctologist who told me I had to get checked for syphilis and HIV because I had had anal sex recently. No questions about protection, number of partners, etc. Needless to say, I never went back and found a different doctor. I'm glad you are making this content.

I don’t think that was the right move , choosing a dr by which one agrees with you . He has an opinion too So you should do your own research, this dr is very open and seems to be honest, but one problem is that there is a potential to hurt yourself, and not everyone is going to take their time and do it right , just my opinion give yourself more than one point of view .cheers mate

@@22julip - Last March, I ended up in the ER. High BP, low oxygen, and septic. Before I had even met him, the hospitalist had concluded that I was an HIV infected drug addict that was banging every dog on the street corner. He didn't believe me when I told him that my husband and I were pretty vanilla and insisted that he was going to run an HIV test (and who know what else). Two days later, after dragging in an infectious disease specialist and having an unknown number of tests, that same twit of a hospitalist was clearly very frustrated to inform me that I just had a mild case of pneumonia. If you're not comfortable with a doctor then you need to find a different doctor. I just wasn't quite up to marching out of that hospital.

absolutely agree with you regarding teens. there's not a lot of good comprehensive sexual education offered by schools, and the sources they find online or from their peers about sex are generally.... not great. I've heard so many horror stories of teenage sexual experience due to ignorance, so i'm glad there's more open discussion about sexual health lately. everybody needs to be able to talk about it maturely and well-informed before partaking in it.

Your discussion was very clear and non-judgemental which makes your talks and discussions very credible, reassuring and useful to everyone. On the subject of having anal sex, I would like to add mental state together with the preparations for anal sex. People planning to experiment and or are already enjoying anal sex have learnt to prepare for themselves mentally . The fact that you wish to have anal sex with the person you are with and likes, prepares oneself mentally; and that contributes immensely to relaxation. In the actual act, it is also the gentleness, the gentle coaxing and encouragement to relax - such helps.

Please make a special video for pregnant women, how we should sit, what we should eat, what should we avoid, which position is better for us to sleep or how to improve circulation, which suplements should we avoid… if we had already have hemorroide removed by surgery, could we still develop hemorroids later maybe in post part un? Which medicine should we avoid or take for pain? Does the fetus suffer from our chronic pain? How will the recovery be from surgery? 40% of pregnant women unfortunately reach grade 3 and 4 :/

This is my first time watching one of your videos. As a retired psychotherapist and sex therapist, and as someone who has practiced anal sex for over fifty years now I can say you did a good job of explaining it. Congratulations. Now please spend some of your education energy toward your colleagues in the medical field. They have a tough time talking about sex and anal sex in particular and will respect what you have to say. My best to you regardless.

I guess/hope, this will be more a matter of generation change, with the doctors. The boomer generation was still brought up with much more taboos in the 50ies, than we have today.

Again the problem is you are in the medical field and understand both sides of the question about anal sex , I’ve seen documentaries about adult sex business, and some tell bad stories about the trauma from anal sec , so you have a two worlds problem, one side like yourself and the other one which doesn’t always protect themselves. Bottom like the good dr said , educate yourself about the pros and cons , and don’t sugar coat it because your an advocate of it , that can cause a cavalier or reckless attitude. Cheers be well

@@22julip Maybe you are biased, if you only watch documentaries about the problems, not so much about the problemness. It's the same as they make documentaries about cancer, but not about people, how they enjoy life not having cancer. If you forbid to talk about pleasure, as "sugar coating", you enforce to talk about the risks only. The special thing on this doctor is, he includes the "why" the "joy" into evaluation. Watch documentaries about plane crashs, and warn people to fly. That's the very same thing. From "It's possible" you can not conclude to "It's likely".

Your opening and gratitude is so nice ❤ thank you for the video and for sharing your knowledge :) my personal experience: I’ve sometimes had the sense of being penetrated, but at the same time I’ve hardly ever enjoyed it when I’m being penetrated which always makes me feel weird. The video is very helpful indeed so I now got some more techniques I’m sure will help.

I can speak from experience about hemorrhoids and anal fissures. I was treated about 15 years ago for hemorrhoids. The hemorrhoids were nasty, bleeding almost everytime I took a crap. My doctor used the banding method. Tiny little rubber bands , kinda like when they castrate farm animals. He said that he applied 4 bands. This is done as an outpatient procedure where the patient is put under so that they can't feel anything. When I woke up, the doctor told me that he also treated me for a chronic anal fissure, a procedure called fistectectomy , I think that is how it is spelled. The doctor/surgeon cut a little slice into the tendons circling my anas. All in all it took about 2 weeks for the wounds to stop draining, I would have loose pink bowel movements. I think it was a month and a half before I could have any sort of anal sex. Twenty years later, everything works fine. No lost of bowel control. I'm 65 now, gotten fat and bald, don't get much action anyway. I really can't understand why banding isn't used more, it seems like a simple solution for a big problem with some people. It made a huge difference in my own personal experience.

It depends on the degree of your hemorrhoids. Banding only works for light to light/medium cases, otherwise we have to suffer with that awful surgery. It took me almost two months to fully recover from the surgery, and was 17 Days of extreme pain. I wouldn't wish it to my worst enemy. I'm 34 now, 28 when I had surgery. I really wish I'll never have to go through it again.
