Hiya is just becoming a surreal line to me, just making figures I'd never thought would see the light of day, first the skull crawlers and Kong 2017, a movie-accurate Ghidorah 2019 with articulated wings, and now a poseable MUTO figure! I'm really glad we got these releases, I can't wait to see what they make next!

Man, I had this preordered for a while and decided to cancel it. I kind of wish I didn't, cause this figure looks really good. I hope we see more from this, it's really promising!

I love this figure . I was a literal child when she was on theater. Back then we only got the packs of destruction mini muto figures, but after a decade... finally . I am impressed that Hiya managed to include that many articulation on her. Probably subsidizing from her smaller size, and if Queen Muto is that similar aside from the head area, then could be subsidized from that too. I do hope they'll make Prime , but since Behemoth isn't even a thing yet, I kinda doubt comic designs for now . R.I.P. Methuselah , I hope Spiderhawk finish cooking soon . But man, this one truly worth the wait. I would've been fine if the head got zero articulation, but to think it got hinge, chef's kiss . I do wanna see Hiya accessory pack after seeing those choppers on the boxart . C'mon, Hiya, my wallets won't dried itself up . Still waiting for GxK Kong and Skar King too, but ofc, let them cook b4 let them fight . I'm guessing they'll make the mane/back and shoulder fur a seperate malluable piece so that they could reuse the body mold for GvK Kong V2 (probably the MG battle ver. with the extra scars). All and all can't wait for a new mold to enter my collection . 7 Gojis in, 2 Mothras, and 2 Rodans, me thirsty for new kaiju .

Hiya has earned my loyalty as a customer. I think, not including repaints, I’ll be picking up every Monsterverse/ Toho figure they release.

I got my Hiya toys Female MUTO yesterday and honestly I’m really happy with it. Since she is my first Hiya toys Godzilla figure I have to get used to how they do the articulation. The paint and detail on her is also very nice for 50 dollars, really hope Hiya gets to do the male MUTO so he can be alongside my Shma Godzilla 2014 and Hiya female MUTO. Also great job on the video man, keep doing what you’re doing. I hope theres only higher highs for you in the future

This looks like a great figure! I am a bit concerned about the joints, but other than that, this looks great! I would definitely appreciate a hiya g14 review. I'm really concerned about the figure after looking at some of the joints. When you get it. Please check if the joints are just as good as the g19 or g24. Or better. If they are good. Then i will most likely get it. If not. Then I'll skip it (which is unfortunate if it does have bad joints. I'd like to get this figure but i will NOT get a figure that would be like my two g19s... i don't want that again).

For me, as soon as they showed the promo images of her I knew she was one of a kind, and for the price of the hiya figures I also could afford it, so I didn't think twice and I preordered her, tbh the sense of not knowing when she was going to come out and seeing another releases that came after her selling and going out was a bit of a bummer and I got kinda mad, not because I had to wait more, I waited like 10 years for this figure, but for Hiya not being clear and faithful to when they said this figure was coming out, as I said that concerned me to the point of asking them directly only for them to answer me with the same answer I have in the webpage (Q2 2024). So when it really came out, I didn't really enjoyed her cause that frustration (and the fact I had to use a hairdryer here an there to loose some joints) but as time passes I'm enjoying more and even if the articulation points are showing kinda too much, I think the painting and the desing outshines everthing and I love her so much ^^

This figure is easily based off where she fights Godzilla with the male muto in the final act of the film because it looks like she had already laid her eggs of mutos, which is prob why she doesn’t have it.

Just got mine yesterday, and BOY Hiya did not let me down. This figure is genuinely like a grail cop for me, flaws and all. My only complaints are I wish the egg sac had some glowy paint on it to simulate that from the film, and maybe them find a way to make the head move side to side, but then again that probably would've made the head look hella weird and been hard to engineer at this scale. After ten years of waiting for a good FeMuto fig, I gotta say I'm more than pleased. Now I just need HokMuto lol

I think it probably was an error on Hiya Toys part as to why the packaging doesn't just say "Female Muto"; was meant to be called that but ended up not being the case. That's just my thoughts though. I'm excited to get this figured nonetheless for myself... I've been waiting years for this and I think she's as great as she could possibly be. I do remember that HT is only making figures of the film Kaiju so the likelihood that we'll be getting a Muto Prime figure is rather slim to none. Fingers crossed that once they're done with the filmography Kaiju, they'll delve into the comics!

Nah if anything I wish she had at least one more articulation point: a head ball joint. Estatic that shes got that neck one so she can look up and down, but a ball joint using that line behind her head as a seam would have been perfect. Also probably coulda used some ball joint ankles instead of swivel ankles.

Great video as always KaijuCanuck! I think they're probably gonna do a repainting of this figure but when she was pregnant (that means the belly could be translucent plastic 👀)

I love when you pull the edgiest mall-ninja knife to shank that packaging! Still holding out for Skar King on my end... Though I did see a Skull Island Kong one at a store recently, just have to decide if I want to drop $75 on it.

I think I'll pass on these guys for now, but if Hiya ever has plans on releasing a queen muto or muto prime 👀👀👀

Hiya is still on top sh used To be equal to hiya 60$ for a really articulated figure with accesories But recently they've been slacking with having to buy a 100$ accesorie And do i have to mention shimo?

I’m pretty sure the paint chipping is due to the fact that the figure is very stiff out of the box. I would probably recommend using a hair dryer to make it articulate more fluidly.

I have one on pre-order with BBTS. Can’t wait.

I wonder how HIYA would do with other kaiju with exoskeletons/mechas. The articulation isn't hard to hide and it looks both nature and results in better articulation.

I just abandoned entertainment Earth and I just coughed up money elsewhere for my Kaiju figures... The delayed and delayed it entertainment Earth. A week from now I'll be getting jet Jaguar off eBay I just couldn't wait a couple more months for this figure.
