Hi, i have a very vivid memory of the place since the last time i was there was when i was 6 (im 13 now) , my moms brother worked there, the hill is pretty tall, its taller than it might seem in the video if i remember right, i dont know about the prices However, if you chose to come in summer theres a forest in which you could go mushroom foraging if thats something you enjoy, theres a lot of forested area as this town is technically countryside, also i saw a boar once in the winter, theres also salamanders and frogs in some areas of them forest areas ig. Theres also a river with a path next to it that goes from the lower part of szczyrk to the centre of it and to the higher part(anyway im technically not a local anymore since my family moved to the uk but szczyrk is my hometown :D) Sorry if i wrote something wrong im very tired and also not good at english Also im very sorry for the wall of text

Yes, it's worth it. But because of the low altitude, check snow conditions a temperature before you go. Town was a lively place.
