Scott, I have backed into a police car myself. I was 16 and my mom sent me to get gas in the car. I was backing up because the tank was on the other side and tapped the officers car. O had just gotten my license and was for sure I was going to lose it for that. No damage done, lived in Colorado Springs at the time, officer was very kind. No ticket( of course I hadn't been drinking😊). But that is something you keep with you forever.

The Kohberger case has become a train wreck, the judge is a massive FAIL. I haven't seen a "high profile" judge this bad since Lance Ito in the OJ criminal case.

I don't agree. The judge is dotting his eyes and crossing his tees. Very soon you'll see this move to Ada County. Now Scott you need to be patient sir. This is another death penalty case, of four children stabbed to death. These matters take time and careful work. So get off the Latah County backs will you?

Never ever drink alcohol. It’s poison to ur soul. As a child I lived with 2 alcoholics, my mother n her bf. Use ur imagination on how my great life was. At 12 years old, I had to drive the drunk bf home. The lord was with me as I drove backroads doing 20 miles per hour.

Nah. Dec 11 I’ll be 10 years sober! I learn lots from people who aren’t sober alcoholic’s. They keep me sober and going to meetings.

I love your sophistication/maturity. The "lawyer, lawyer, lawyer" intro for one example. Calling tats generational trend is another example. My husband's most personally challenging clients were the Aryan Nation types. Ignorant and unteachable. Your remarks about airlines was irritating, private flying is the way to go, you say, WTF?? Who has the money to fly their own plane?

It's strange that you have to get prior permission (from the judge I presume) to cover a client's face tattoo with makeup for trial. 🤔 Female defendants come to court wearing makeup (look at Lori Vallow). 🙄

Probably because when the offense happened they had the tattoo and they are taking it off for the trial.. but that's just a guess

@@leahlatham351 No it’s because it makes the defendant look bad, unfortunately tattoos in general particularly face tattoos will make a person look rough or like a criminal so by removing it it’ll help them look better therefore possibly changing the opinions of the jury…some won’t even employ someone with face tattoos even if they’re over qualified for the job.

Because that doesn't fundamentally modify their appearance. Witness identification often relies on tattoos for identification. So you have to get permission to present the person at court fundamentally different from his actual appearance. It's logical...

I think the celebrite expert opened a whole can of worms, because how many other defendants have been convicted with celebrite searches as conciousness of guilt evidence etc, if celebrite now admit that their information is faulty. I can think of three cases that i have watched in the last 6 months that searches came in heavily. ????

@@BlackStump172 Do you suppose life imprisonment is sparing someone’s life? Our opinions differ on this one. It can hardly be argued that some people must be separated from the public for the safety of the innocent, whether by life imprisonment or capital punishment. If it were me, I’d prefer the latter. If life in prison seems better to you, I won’t argue. I remember a trip to Alcatraz many years ago when I got to see the little cage where Al Capone served 13 years after which he died with dementia due to tertiary syphilis. He deserved it, but what a life! I’d rather be out of the world any day than suffer that fate.

How can the defence file motions to suppress when they are still waiting for the prosecution to hand over the information they’ve asked for 15 or more times? This trial hasn’t been long the average death penalty high profile cases take 3 years to go to trial often even longer.

I'm always amazed at how some people react to a wrong coffee order/food and just throw food at clerks. Obviously there's deep rooted problems. For Reid case, don't know what motive the fellow cops would have had to murder him.. I'm of the opinion she backed into him and just drove off, maybe she was very drunk and didn't notice? I kinda think she did know what she did.

@@JeffSherlock You have to admit that they have been having way too many hearings! All That is required is either a hearing by a Grand Jury or the Preliminary hearing that says, yes, you have probable cause to go to trial.

Whatching Judge Judge makes me wonder what is he so afraid of? My sense is that he knows what the most likely outcome is on this case, and wants to insulate himself from any responsibility. Guilty or not, the Kohberger case will be appealed.

both experts said they were not sure if the search had been deleted or not due to the limited information the prosecution gave them. also, those were not experts for the defense, Scott. They are prosecution witnesses.
