No joke a new OC is going to bring in a few QBs that he may feel fits his scheme. He didn’t draft Haener and probably won’t get a good look at him until minicamps start. Haener will be the backup followed by Rattler. Those other guys are just other guys

Unless Spencer is leaps and bounds better than Jake, Spencer will be Qb 3. You don’t want a situation where Derek goes down with an injury and Spencer has to play and not be ready

I don't know about all that. He had an okay game, and he was trash in the other preseason game. He also was on performance enhancing drugs, so pump the breaks on Haener.

Ok I’m a Winston fan so what did Carr do, how was he in the red zone, ok Winston in eyes he lost Green Bay game, what did Carr do better 150 million for a used Carr why we didn’t make the playoffs, and when was the last time the raiders went to the playoffs under Carr, not raiders I’m a saints fan

Watch spencers game vs Georgia last year. That was as close to a NFL game you can get in college. He has pressure in his face almost every play.

Rattler has a chance if he does a couple of things. This first year he needs to work with strength coaches and become stronger especially in the leg area, second he needs to learn the new system. Second year he needs to perfect the system and the timing needed with first string receivers. If he does this he could start midway through the second year and take Carr's job. Carr won't be financially tradable till after this year anyway.

It’s comical how some of the Fans are hyping Rattler. Peterman and Mond are camp bodies and are brought in To help teach the new system. Rattler will be lucky to make the practice squad. Jake will be Derek’s backup.

i agree with sentence 2, about the camp bodies Kubiak needs to implement the new offense. The QB battle of Jake and Spencer will be settled by how well they perform. Both guys are talented- Spencer probably has the physical edge- but all 3 QBs will be starting from scratch with the Kubiak offense-- hopefully all three of them will excel and Klint will just have to rank them and we can be Next Man Up, if the starter goes down. They all need to be inspired by Purdy- I saw his first game and immediately thought he was very good in that system- and he hasn't disappointed since.

You guys are comical that he won't make practice squad cause you are right he will be on the team. DA came out and said that rattler has starter potential, You know who DA did not say that about? I don't think DA would make that comment if he didn't plan on keeping rattler. Hell wouldn't be surprised if rattler was a kubiak pick.

Carr hit his stride torwards the end of the season. If it wasnt for him getting hurt in the Greenbay game. We would have won our division and had a playoff berth. Poor oline play is the reason we didnt make the playoffs.
