@@harharmhadev3021 what the hell are you talking about? Fruits and honey are far dangerous than sugar. Honey and fruits have 90 percent fructose which is a tight slap to your liver, at least that's what the peer reviewed literature says. While sugar is 50 percent glucose, 50 percent fructose, on the other hand fruits and honey are basically poison with 90 percent fructose. Now, how about that for a fact?

My mother's grand mother used to eat 1 kg jalebi and rabri. 😋 She died 2 years ago at the age of 95. I can't even eat 500gm jalebi.

I have sweet tooth and have never left sugar..in my weight loss journey last year where I lost 10 kg in 4 months. And now also I do eat sweets quite often..and my weight is well maintained. @abhishek Sharma fruits and honey are far more dangerous than sugar . While sugar is half glucose half fructose, honey is 100 fructose which is a tight slap to liver. Most of the Indian doctors are slaves and they don't have any credibility particularly in peer reviewed journal. On the contrary, western doctors regularly update themselves and they are the one who are getting research work after research work published. Indian doctors are basically fat ass, who only aims to open 4-5 clinics for extra money but they don't have audacity to focus on research work. I know it's a harsh reality but certainly a reality. Most of the Indian doctors don't even know about insulin resistance and we expect them to comment on sugar

Ek proof nhi, 1000 proof hai sugar addiction ka. DSM 5 bhi apne manual mein sugar addiction mention kiya hai. Day by day ,he is loosing his credibility. I don't want to give any link for sugar addiction because there are more than 1000 of them. This is the prime example of fixed mindset where there is noscope of any growth.

Mene 2 months pehle gym shuru ki he aur aisa lagta tha ki subha chai ke bina nahi ho sakti lekin me to bindhas uthke normal pre workout khata hu gym krke protein leta hu aur chai office me aane ke bad leta hu. isse ye to clear ho gaya ki ye koi addiction nahi thi bas ek daily lifestyle thi jo chodne me thoda dikkat ati he lekin eventually you pick up new lifestyle

This video is so correct . I regularly eat mangoes and choclates , bananas and other fruits . And with all that iam still in a very good shape because I do strength training and cardios on weekends . I dont know why people misguide others , sugar is so important for our brains too . You can get serious problems if the sugar levels in the body is severely low . My mom knows about my sweet tooth and she herself brings the tasty atta biscuits from the bakery and I gorge on them . The only thing that i dont add sugar is with my black coffee because i like the taste of the bland cofee , but i have a mango with my black cofee everymorning . Enjoy everthing people , take some priviliges as we are the top of the foodchain .🍺🍺🍺🍺

I might be wrong and if that so kindly correct me as I would like to add another pointer to the evolutionary trait for which humans like sweet thing. Earlier while dwelling in wild human found that those things which were sweet were 'safe' to be consumed as food as they mostly were not poisonous.
