But as a veg, portion sizes are definitely a real challenge. So let's say for an athlete who has a requirement of 160 gm of protein Along with home cooked food you'll likely need whey ya koi other supplement for protein requirement.

​@@hitesh6245Athletes used to eat atleast 30 roti in a day, which is 60g protein by itself. Add in dry fruits, seeds, lentils, dairy and you will get to the requirement easily. The trick is to burn all the extra calories you are eating.

I've been doing this, eating lots of daal, whole eggs, roti, rice,fruits and vegetables. I don't shy away from carbs, and it's not just protein you need, you need fats, carbs as well. My case is different from most people. I eat more carbs than recommended and less protein than recommended, still I gain more muscles year after year.

Same. I am Pure Lacto Vegetarian don't even consume eggs but gain muscles better than people who eat non-veg. It's all about how you manage diet, sleep and exercise.

Sir i do 1 hr cycling and in moring i go to ground by cycling then do joging running around 1 and half haour. But sir i m not able to take a badhiya diet bass jo roti sabji chtni banti hai wahi le pata hu na koi fruit wagre dal bhi 2 3 din mai ek bar banti. Muze muscle sourness bhot bhot din rah raha hai 4 5 din tak kis tarh de tackle karu sir ise plz sir need help kahi mai kisi nutrition mai lack to nahi karra jis wajh se ye sourness hai?

Sir, I like your content and been following you from a while. Your content helped me and many more like me with their doubts.But sir, with due respect, one thing i really want to highlight is that not everything is bad in our fitness industry. In my opinion, being a mater of your field, your responsibility is not just to tell what is wrong only, but to praise those things too, which are good about this industry. Being your follower, i also want to know good about this industry, there has to be something good. I would like to see those things too sir. It's good be a critic for betterment of a structure, but as a follower, i see you as a leader, not just a critic sir. Rest, what you are doing is admirable, and i always ask people to subscribe you for actual studies. Tough but Real.

Being an overweight girl I was always asked to completely give up on carbs, focus only on cardio and not weightlifting or strength training and was asked to go on excess calorie deficit plans! Thanks to you Sir! The day I came across your channel, there was no turning back! I have been eating rice, rotis even parathas with achar, but yes a bit of portion control and the right set of exercise at home atleast for 45 minutes a day it includes HIIT workouts, Weight and strength training, an achievable calorie deficit plan (I took help of your informative videos on all of these and designed accordingly). So far I have lost 13 kilos and there's 10 kilos more to go! Can't thankyou enough for this, Sir. I have been doing intermittent fasting as well but I'm afraid I might be doing it the wrong way, that's why I would really appreciate if we can have a dedicated series on that as well. And to everyone out there, I would highly highly recommend this channel, it changed my perspective on fitness altogether, I've been watching them and implementing them as well and have been getting positive results without having to go through any FAD diets or gym! and I'm sure it will change yours too!☺️

I can say I only eat natural food and am a vegetarian and have a great body-obviously not a bulked up like many gymers.But I’ve only worked out seriously for a year and don’t use steroids.People don’t fall for online scams
