easy to see core strength is the key, the bodies will tell you that before any water is involved. strange to see how the sport has changed over my lifetime. It used to be all about respect for the ocean and alignment with nature, now it is about pollution intensive jet travel without any pollution concerns. if one is going to make a living, content is needed. .
