I had pain for about a year in the groin and getting up from sit to stand was awful. The x ray showed very thin cartalige. Sometimes I was limping. I walk about an hour a day now.😊

@@susie_q1 I take cod liver oil, Magnesium, a probiotic ,vit C and vit D plus the ones I mentioned. I contacted a functional nutritionist who suggested the gluten free anti inflammatory diet and prescribed the vitamins. She works via Zoom worldwide.

Dear Dr. David. Firstly I respect your knowledge and real life experience and research. I was diagnosed with ostia arthritis, I follow your exercises and also a physical therapist here in South Africa. I have done a lot of online research. Maybe you can also focus on diet, especially removing carbohydrates [sugar] (very inflammatory) especially wheat products and highly processed foods. Just my half cent. Love your channel, it has educated me a lot

In NZ there is a pilot programme happening (because of a shortage of doctors and surgical resources) that requires anyone who is deemed to need ordthopaedic surgery must undergo physio for at least 3 months to determine whether surgery can be avoided. Duh, who would have thought to try the least invasive methods first!😮, because they have found physio can generally be as effective as surgery! Just as you say. Well done for getting your message out to people, we all need to hear this.

I am trying collagen loading, Glucosamine/Chondroiten with UC II, homemade yogurt with L. Reuteri probiotic, tumeric. I am also going to add hyaluronic acid & astaxanathin. I also really need to commit to building muscle.

Indoor cycling 4X per week, plus one 75 mg diclofenac every other day, has been doing the trick for me since I was diagnosed 18 months ago. Note that the orthopedist prescribed two 75 mg diclofenac every day. So instead of taking the prescribed 60 pills/month, I'm taking 15+/-/month. When I was diagnosed it was very difficult to get in and out of the car, and out of bed. Don't have those problems, at least for now.

BINGO! I can't have replacement because of my BMI. I can't have an MRI because I have a pacemaker. Also allergic to contrast dye. So, the doctor admitted my x-rays weren't as clear as he'd have liked. Lateral view showed no damage., Frontal..bone on bone, bilaterally. Anyway...did PT for six months. I started on a cane and left on a walker. When the ortho did the initial physical exam he pulled my leg. It felt great (a positive test for hip osteo). However, if someone did that now I'd scream loud enough to be heard a block away. I have zero pain sitting or sleeping. Standing or walking?? OUCH! So...all you say makes sense. I have watched many of your videos but I guess I'll be watching more. I'm 75, slowly losing weight but...pretty hard when you walk slower than a snail. All that to say...THANK YOU.

I'm 41. Was born with dysplasia, but went undiagnosed until now. Now I have tendonitis, hypomobility and severe hip Arthritis. I have been working on the muscular imbalance, went on keto, changed my workout routine and stopped explosive movement in kyokushin practice. I'm waiting for my surgery and hoping that at the very least I can stop progressing towards stage 4/5. Thank you for your videos

I was diagnosed with OA in both of the hips in 2016. RX s taken show bone on bone and doctors assumed the cartilage is gone. Since last 2 years the following RX did not show worst. I walk everyday and my range of motion is acceptable. Last surgeon I visited suggested the resurfacing procedure with posterior incision if what I want is to run, play tennis, if not total hip replacement. I want to give a chance to the muscles imbalances and I will watch all related watchlist videos although are there any other recommendations for eating certain type of foods. I wish I could live in Texas to join your clinic so any recommendations will be really welcomed. Thank you!!

Yes, chiropractic, along with his exercises to get the fluids moving in your joints for more nutrients there, and either carnivore diet(for reset) or ketovore, will bring down down down your inflammation. Three months with chiro, three weeks with diet and exercises he gives, and the changes already are aaaaaaamazing!!!!!!

I sincerely hope you’re kidding about this sham surgery business! That would be blatant malpractice and really stupid. And what about the insurance companies, how could they possibly agree to that! Some doctor does that to me, he’s taking a bullet for sure! Please tell us this isn’t serious.
