I would definitely take the F-Pace SVR over the Range Rover Sport SVR... not because it’s cheaper but it looks so much better and sporty imo

@Raiti's Rides; It took a second for your torque converter speed synapses to fire 🔥 off a shift (only this time) it’s been a long day! But you got my dripping with sarcasm comment. Hey, seriously I love the looks, speed sound of this cat as well but seriously, unless you are wealthy as hell and can afford a $1700.00/month Lease payment there is no way anyone should even consider buying a car like this. Joe, we both know that nothing and I mean nothing depreciates more and quicker than a Jaguar. This Jag will lose 40% of it’s value the second someone attaches a title to this car. And then we have the famous (infamous) Jaguar reliability. Oi Vey! That’s why I say even if you’re rolling in dead Presidents, do not buy this SUV/crossover/car/vessel. You don’t want to have anything to do with this thing unless it has a factory warranty on it and you’re going to need it!

Raiti's Rides Hate to be Debbie Downer but you are doing some crazy speeds in high traffic areas. Hopefully getting pulled over will be the least of your worries. I’m sure you’re a great driver, but you can’t control a kid on a bike jumping out in front of you or someone not seeing you before turning in your lane.

When you mention the history of these automakers and mention specific cars, it would be really helpful to show pictures of those cars for the audience. By the way, I have a Jaguar XE supercharged 6 cylinder and it is a joy to drive! Jags are underrated.

Really like your reviews Joe , you show so many features & parts of the design that others miss , keep up the good work !. The F-pace is the best looking car in its class , the side profile especially looks more sleek & sporty than any SUV on the market. Jag cleverly chose to make the car a different size compared with the competition , so for example it is a lot bigger than a Porsche Macan but slightly smaller than a Cayenne with the equivalent turbo model , compared to the SVR around $30k more ! , so it is good value if you can afford it !.

Hmm, my manual says it weighs 4,390 lbs. I think that makes sense since it’s 600 lbs lighter than the Range Rover SVR

I was wondering about the weight too when I heard it. I've watched many videos and checked out the Jaguar website before, I think you are correct. So if you own 1 of these beauties, what is your real world gas mileage when you aren't mashing the pedal? Premium fuel?

Paul Cottreau I’m getting about 250 miles to a tank in mixed driving. Pretty similar to the 2017 C63S I had before...although the SVR has a bigger fuel tank haha

Paul Cottreau Yea I managed to get around 500 miles in the AMG on road trips and I expect to get around the same in the Jag - 24mpg would do it. I’ve never tried driving in eco mode though haha

I agree that it needs an SVR Emblem on the dashboard. I would want one on the headrests too. Other than that, the Information Screen is a bit dated and slow but it was redesigned and improved for 2021. Also, it needs a sportier and thicker steering wheel with a flat bottom like the Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrafolio.

He's gotta be doing about 85MPH around 17:00. I know mine does about 85 full on the throttle switching into 3rd in dynamic :)It's such a fun ride. Lots of theater when you want it, but can be civil when you want that too!

8:25 I'm gonna #zonk the navi unit surround for being gloss black. It attracts fingerprints and with the sun hitting it, they look even more pronounced. I wanna see the carbon fiber replicated from the gear console area.

@6:40 Exhaust note sounds nice but it sounds like the exhaust/tail pipes are hitting something....like it's rattling the skid plate. I don't like that rattling sound....sounds like metal pieces are hitting eachother...

@@RaitisRides At 90k, NOTHING should be loose. It definitely sounds like something is rattling and it sounds like it's going to get worse over time. Sounds like the Exhaust mounts need to be tightened or re-inforced to kill the rattling.

Raiti.. You don't want your paddle shifters attached to your steering column.. How you gonna shift when your steering sharp corners and all. Need them always within fingers reach.

If you have large enough paddles you have them attached to the column and there are zero issues.

@@RaitisRides so if you're making a hard left or right and need to downshift or up shift and need to do one or the other you can reach the paddles? Your fingers must be at least 10 inches long and able bend in every which way. Wouldn't work for me.

It actually did due to the direct drive setup. Remember with the I-Pace you do not have to wait for revs to climb. It's all instant torque.

I just traded My XJL Supercharged V8 in For The F-Type SVR And I Dont like it. Its a much different ride compared to the XJ that has Air Suspension it was quick fast speed like a sports car and comfort of a luxury sedanhotel.. Thinking bout going to Rang Rover Autobiography V8.

ace 1 Yeah, cause Ford & GM doesn’t build any big, powerful, fun SUV’s.... Ford Explorer ST. Only 400HP GM: Builds an arsenal of V8 over 400HP Monster trucks And the difference is the Ford & GM UNITS will actually be reliable. Go figure.
