Looking for a cheap “bargain” when it comes to body armor is not recommended. But if cheap is what you’re looking for, there are plenty of companies on Amazon selling cheap gear. Quality comes at a price. Expecting/demanding high quality at a low price is undignified. 221B makes high quality, premium gear at prices which are still lower than most others. If the prices are out of your budget or what you can afford, then Condor on Amazon might be your best option.
