09:19 Conclusion
Is the modern Ferrari market doomed? It cannot be answered with a simple yes or no.
The turbo charged models without electrical assistance, so the 488 and F8, are currently dropping at the same rate as other mid-engine models. we therefore cannot state that these markets are doomed.
The answer changes for the SF90 and the 296. The SF90 is a fairly unique car which makes it difficult to compare to other models. But we can say that the depreciation rate is high.Data for the 296 is still accumulating, but a drop of 7.1% during the last three months does not look good. It would amount to a loss of approximately 25% in the first year.
