Hey all!
We join the Drawfee crew embarking on task with a vaguely standard difficulty, as they try to sketch celebrities based only on Yes or No questions. That can't be too big a challenge can it? CAN IT??? (yes it can)

I was in a painting critique once where we had all done self-portraits. One of the less experienced artists was up, and walked us through their portrait and process before asking for feedback. Their main topic was how they'd been struggling to get the right expression, and they asked for ideas on how to improve that. Someone else raised their hand, and said, entirely politely and with a complete lack of irony, "Well, adding eyebrows will really help you there." The artist had, in fact, entirely forgotten to paint their eyebrows. I treasure it as a lesson in artistic tunnel-vision, the way you can stare at a piece so long you forget what it even is, and how valuable outside input can be. :)

Honestly, if there's one piece of media that really helped me appreciate the importance of eyebrows, it would have to be Order of the Stick. It's kinda amazing how many expressions one can make with just eyebrows and mouth lines.

the smooth ass pan at 1:19 to nathan being so close and ready to burst right next to jacob is just perfect. seamless and very much encapsulates the Vibe of jacob trying so hard for several minutes not to do a Nathan Question during his drawing.

This moment, the iconic rectangle moment, the tarot cards, and when Julia said she wouldn’t have joined the hearing if she knew how bad mouth sounds were (I relate as a previous semi-deaf person) are my favorite moments in drawfee history Like you just keep throwing out bangers and it’s great. It feels like you reached into my brain and just plucked my favorite moments out to animate

As always, an absolute delight. Nathan’s true weakness is this celebrity sketch artist game and it’s so good. Karina’s jump cuts to her becoming so done that she’s sinking slower and slower into the ground is pretty much how I pictured it. I also humbly ask for you to animate the Seltzer avalanche from the stream with Spencer… I just keep seeing Jacob drawn in your style covered in cans

The funniest part is that Nathan and Jacob were the worst at asking specific questions, but their celebrities were both guessed pretty quickly. Julia was asking a ton of really great and specific questions, but it took her almost half an hour to figure out her celeb.

I like how when Jacob says "don't get my ass" you can see that he moves his arms to cover his ass even though we actually can't see low enough for that motion to matter, implying that the scene originally had the "camera" pulled farther back.

Wow this was incredible ! From Karina pulling up the prompt via KZfaq screen (always my fave) , to the descriptions changing Nathan’s drawing on the easel. And I completely started cracking up when you panned to Nathan giving Jacob the death stare. I have more compliments but I’ll let’s everyone else give it a shot. Oh and he fact that you cut down the audio to Nathan asking “is it big” was seemingly effortless though I know it took a lot of effort. Ok now I’m done 👏👏

As expected I'm watching these repeatedly per year. I only just noticed the highly smooth turn into Nathan's angry face also leads to an ultra slow Nathan approach as he quivers in rage.
