Awesome vid. Just got done with a DIY hood for civic and they look great. Plus the 50% weight reduction. Wife gets the kitchen, i get the hood, inter cooler, intake, and speakers. WIN

Hey buddy, im planning to purchase one for my civic but im kinda paranoid on not putting a hood latch. Hows it going for you so far?

When I had my 2013 FRS. I bought the same hood. No water went inside the vents. That was a plus. But after 3 years the hood started to fade from the summer times and heavy rain. I even clear coat it again. But wasn't happy. I end up selling the FRS for a 2019 Honda Civic type R

I totaled my frs thanks to water a couple years ago. Me and that car had nothing but issues. Now I have a gt stinger and love it

I’ve had the trans give out and motor blow up on me but all under warranty thankfully 😅 still sometimes nervous about this car

@@edgarcastro550 I kept having the steering wheel randomly locking up while driving. Scary when you’re already going fast or need to turn

@edgarcastro550 how did the hood hold up after 4 years? I am thinking of getting one for my Tesla Model 3, but I was told that I "need to wrap it with PPF (paint protection film) right away, or risk damage from rocks". DO you have any helpful feedback?

How do you maintain the hood? I heard they turn yellow if you don’t take care of them

Hi greetings from Korea. I was wondering if there's a gap on the right headlight. Can you share your opinions about the fit and finish of your Seibon hood? These hoods cost twice to get them here so I'm doing some extensive research on these. :)

YH KIM the fitting is actually pretty good but it’s not perfect the headlights do not have any gaps but the hood seems to be pushed more to the driver side then the passenger
