My humble questions: Why would the universe want to think? And what does it think? What's the purpose of it's thinking? Is it solving a problem? Is it imagining something? We have neurotransmitters etc for messaging, what's the counterpart which makes universe think? Is this universe's point of view Newtonian - Cartesian?

The whole cosmos is a Conscious Energy. And the Vedanta that describes this possibility of the whole cosmos being conscious while we are just infinitisimal parts of that Cosmic Conscious Energy is the "Advaita" Vedanta.

Consciousness is a part of the universe, therefore, by default, the universe contains consciousness.

Cosmic consciousness word defines macro consciousness that is God himself. A person possesses micro consciousness. Vedanta philosophy depicts He himself has expressed Himself as the Universe. He is cosmic consciousness. Consciousness is His property. Those who are Atheist cannot find the meaning of consciousness. when consciousness enters into a body it vibrates and motion comes there. That is called Life. when it leaves the body vibrations stop and one is Dead. As the Universe is expanding it could be said it is possessing consciousness.

Consciousness is memory, knowledge, emotions, pain, misery and so on and nothing else.

Ya exactly!!! The universe may have consciousness with many other property we are just a creation in universe so our brain may supposed to be a simplified version of universal consciousness,the current body of knowledge may find limited to explain these things so why now it sounds like a philosophical idea but in coming decades these concepts might be best explained, with the expansion of knowledge and reserch of mankind this is not too far.....

This may seem dumb but what if our Universe is brain/body of a higher creatyre. Just like microbes in our body may think that our body is their universe and also many bodies/universe exist for them. Same for us , what if we are like those microbes only living in body of some creature and thinking this to be our universe. And sams thing , that many such higher creatures exist i.e. many such universes and they have a universe of their own. I don't know if this makes any semse (lol)

Here is a thought to torture your mind: What if we are just microscopic beings living on earth? And earth is like a single electron in the solar system. Our galaxy which could also be just a cellular sized particle and this universe we know is just a small part of a large cosmic being? What if we are actually in a quantum world or let's say, we are the germs and we are being studied by these large cosmic beings? We are so insignificant. We are nothing because even our entire solar system, the multiple galaxies flying through this vast space make us all nothing but just dust in the wind? And we think we own the planet, we fight over land and water dominance, we think we are the most intelligent species on this insignificant earth, we think we are exploring space, we preach about a place called heaven and hell with no evidence or thorough understanding of our own galaxy. We fight, we kill but in the end, nothing matters, we go back to dust in the wind. Love is the only significant thing we can do while our meaningless lives are still allowed to consume resources and occupy space. Let us not be like viruses but become a healing source like white blood cells. Love is the only TRUTH, the only way and the only life. So live and let live. Love and get loved while we are still here. That will give you the purpose and the meaning that you subconsciously have been struggling to find. I LOVE YOU.
