Dr sid😮‍💨, for some people nothing works.I tried lot of planner apps, made to-do list but half of it remains unaccomplished and that demotivates me from making it the next day. I have wasted diaries for that...making wonderfull plannings but no execution I messed up my 11th and 12 th and half of my collage procastinating and studying in the last 6 hours of exam and ended up in failing semesters. No extra curricular activities no friends If any of you is facing this situation i want you to understand that you need a proper kick in your ass..dont be another fellow wasting your life when you have free wifi and food and clothes because of your parents money.....before you try meditation and all just go for a run....run fast as you can around a park....it will change your entire mindset...and come home, sweat and take a cold shower.... you will get the answers to your problems...its just a matter of 15-20 minutes ...trust me "Understand that nobody is going to take care of you if not you" Love your mindset and body first Learn to say no to the cravings of your brain.. Take control over your brain..you are the master.... brain : 1 hr to go before sleep..should we scroll some reels or watch that exam prep lecture of 45 min brain : do the important thing....open reels brain : but what about my exams? career? deletes ig brain: tomorrow we can compensate this one hour now just reels boy , i forgive you , proceeds to install ig brain itself : push harder, finish that one lecture before sleep kid or else this day will be same as yesterday me : ok brain the moment you make that hard decision....is the beginning......you ignited something Anyways what works for me is writing the most imp tasks in a small piece of square paper (bus ticket size) and keep in my pocket while i go out..and strike it of at the instant of completion 😉 But long term goals is better to be charted in your diary or computer

this is very helpful for students like us who are preparing for competitive exams . i always write down the task but i never assigned time for it like we used to do in childhood but now i understand it is important to set a time frame also for each task it will surely increase productivity and there will be a urge also to complete the task withinh tme . very useful video ❤❤

I have started making timed to-do list just 3 days ago and it has absolutely changed my productivity game! Normal to-do lists are just lists of things where half of them never get done or are compromised by the "more important things". I think its a clear sign that I am on the right track now that you've mentioned it too. Thank you so much Dr. I am a student preparing for competitive exams and your channel is helping me learn so much about neuroscience which I think is so important considering I am asking my brain to play along the most at this point in life😂

OMG this is soooo awesome. You really answered my struggle. 2 weeks ago I picked up reading as a serious hobby and 1 phase of my mind decided to make an excel sheet create smart goal on how to achieve this goal of being a serious reader..... And I realised I was overwhelmed by tht activity tht I gave up on reading next book.... I was blaming my prefrontal cortex but thanks to you now I know the trick.
