Glad it was useful - basically if you arent obsessed with sleep data the apple watch is probably a better idea

Yeah the strength trainer needs more work, I would like to dictate my work outs and journaling using the AI coach. Hope they bring it!

Might be good for "most people" as most people start with cardio when trying to lose weight or get fitter...
