I been making choffles for a while. Have nit used oarm and cheddar cheese. Usually mozerella. If you want them chrunchier i use xathan gum powder. It is a thickener type powder that replaces gluten in the flour. Im going to buy garlic paste and try your choffel recipe. I miss garlic bread. Soup looked delicious.

Hi guys! Love your video"s The food, the gold, Tom's shirts, the music!.. My wife and I want to come over to New Hampshire to hopefully get a little gold. I have tried the swift river on the kancamagus. and the upper amanoosic. Got skunked! Could you point me where I might have better chance? Thanks

Go to the WAM. Wild Ammonoosuc River. If you can't find gold there then....your doing something wrong.

Also you said the reason for more gold on the west side of the appalachian mountains was the way Glaciers moved. I would like to read more about that. I ordered that yellow book, Tom said was his favorite.
