In this episode, we are in full experimental mode searching for good alternative replacements for the Berkley Gulp Turtleback Worm. That provides good swimming action, durability, catch rates and cost. We have been trying many different plastics in recent months with mixed results. In this episode, we put the Munroes 4 inch Curltail worm paired with Spin Wright jig heads with assist hooks through its paces fishing locally at Port Phillip Bay trying to catch King George Whiting, Grass Whiting, Flathead, Pinky Snapper, Snook, Australian Salmon and more.
It's a great episode with plenty of catches and honest feedback of past experiences and on water testing.
