Hi Ernest. I used to be like you, pushing the trolley jack by the handle. Until somebody showed me to flip the jack around, so the front wheels are nearest to you & handle furtherest away from your body. Then pull the handle of the jack towards you, while putting one foot on the front axle of the jack. Which will put the jack in a vertical position up in the air on its two front wheels, If you get my drift. This makes moving the jack around far easier. Enjoying your videos & Hello from Dublin . At least it’s not a V8 Lexus starter :) Also.. you should consider pushing cars into a parking lot before repairing them. Doing it in the street is superrr superrrr dangerous dude. You have no one to watch your back. One slip of someone’s steering on the road and you’re a goner … You should also advise your customer she needs a new KEY very very very soon or the theft system will eventually not allow her to start it at all once the key gets past a certain point of wear. Typically, all she’ll need is a new key…

Had to replace the alternator on my daughters 2009 Nissan Murano. The bottom bolt was too long and hit the frame rail and wouldn't let the alternator come out. You have to unbolt the engine and jack it up 3 inches for it to clear. after that, it won't come out the bottom. You have to snake it to the top and to the other side of the engine bay. I was definitely cursing the Japanese engineers and their doll sized hands that day! Great job getting her back on the road!

ill be honest man, i used to do some mobile work, and i realized it is not worth the headache or money to do this type of work any more. if you have a shop at home and do can do some its fine. but mobile is not worth it. issues with parts rusted bolts etc, people want you to do the work practically free. After I stopped doing the work my stress dropped down to near 0%. Its much easier to work for some one else and collect a pay check every week.

definitely not an easy one but my family had a car that took you to the cleaners on the alternator on difficulty it was a 1997 chevy monty Carlo z34 it in the same location on the back bottom of the engine yo have to remove the cv shaft to get it out so everything comes out the strut all of it and what kills it is oil leaking from the oil pump drive shaft o ring and to fix that you have to remove the fake distributor shaft and to do that you have to remove the rear cylinder head because they didn’t machine enough to have clearance oh that 3.4 dohc v6 gm made is a real treat to work on lol

The good old ford contour svt, I’m a ford master technician and everyone in the service department absolutely hated having to do anything on them, it was a ford of Europe car that was brought over here to see how it would sell, the regular non V6 contour wasn’t bad to work on but the ones with the V6 were a pain to do anything on under the hood, it got to the point where for anything major most techs at the dealer would just drop the engine and trans as an assembly to do the work, it was honestly faster and cheaper that way

those battery things use the car battery power to tell it it is hooked up right and not backwards. if there is not enough power then it can't sense it so it don't want to put out the power as a safety thing. they have a boost button on them usually that makes it output full power for like 30 sec or something. does the ones you have not have that feature? i would be surprised if it didn't now.

Seems like a common theme in your videos is having to take your battery out because the customer's is dead. Maybe you need to carry another battery just for these occasions not to sell to the customer rather just get the job done. Those jump packs aren't really designed to give constant power. The boost button only gives a few seconds of power if the battery is dead.
