Hello sir, I'm trying to size a heat exchanger on CHEMCAD7; but when I try to run the heat exancher UnitOp, it always says rerun the heat exchanger. What could be the issue? Just to make it clear. I'm using a cracked version. Thank you.

Make sure to disable antivirus. Also, Antivirus like McAffee quarantines these files as these are false positive files. So, you need to restore them again while running ChemCad.
