The sentinel scale is perfect. Most statues don’t really capture that. But yeah I agree, moving that would be scary af!

Hi Mr. X. I recently found your channel and wish I had known you decades ago. I used to have all the Bowen full size statues and Sideshow 1/4 back when they first came out, and a ton of other stuff, BUT, I didn't have friends, family, or a girlfriend/wife like you do, and was constantly mocked and put down for my love of them. I even felt bad for having things when others didn't have things, (Catholic guilt) and ended up selling most of it. I wish I had a friend like you, but sometimes, life has other plans I guess. One LOVE

Speaking as an owner of this statue, it really is amazing. I, too, found the assembly to be a major pain the Sentinel-head. The paint job is great, though a bit less shading on Mag’s muscles would have been better. Like you, Mr. Ehhhhhxxxxx, I have a few pieces left over that the video didn’t help in getting placed. Overall, it’s a fantastic addition to my X-Men collection. Very happy with this statue.

this is what XM SHOULD have been doing with their sentinel line. killer stuff! AND. have to say... THANK YOU for having quality audio. Can't tell you how many professional youtubers can't seem to get their volume levels/quality right. Well done-

Love most pieces with Sentinels and this is really nice! Wow 👀 I agree, the shadowing on Magneto is too dark, but that Sentinel is very nicely detailed! Not sure if it's the best one, but it's up there.

Wow! When I first saw this piece offered I was impressed. Now that you have it and I can see it better I it is fantastic. The one thing that made me change my mind on getting it is the Magneto that XM studios came up with. Still love the way this custom piece looks. They did an amazing job on the concept of the character. The portraits and flowing Cape on the XM one is better but this custom made is still not bad. Congratulations on getting it and thank you for sharing it with us.

I love this statue. As soon as I saw it. I was reminded of the Rogue and Banshee statues with the Sentinels. The sculpt is done extremely well and is just impressive overall

Conceptually the best Magneto I’ve seen. Paint looks really good. My biggest negatives would be the cape looks cheap, his bulge is MASSIVE, and headsculpts are mediocre.

$1500 seems amazing for this piece. Absolutely insane statue.

This thing is amazing! As much as I love it, I'm not sure if it's better than your other magneto. That one is so good too. Keep both, I say. Have one as a hero magneto and one as the villain!

I guess Magneto is one of those classics in the statue community. Can't make enough of him just like Wolverine. He looks great, does have the presence , sculpt is done extremely well. Paint job is excellent. nice headsculpts. Yeah, another great Magneto

Magneto is my favorite X-Men villain. This statue is complicatedly beautiful. The paint job is very detailed and nice. But i prefer the custom magneto vs sentinel from some yrs ago. That 1 is exquisite. Definitely top 5 Magneto statues.

This is awesome. I think the Sentinel is better than the Magneto and I'm impressed at how big it is. I don't think there's any 1/4 Magneto that I truly like. I kind of want a floating Jim Lee looking one. Probably in a sphere. I really like the gaping mouth on the Sentinel. And Sentinels are supposed to kill mutants so I'm not a fan of the throne concept with them. Like you can't really send a message to robots and you wouldn't want to sit on a weapon which kills your people would you? Also the Sentinel in the Capcom games and the Fox movies aren't huge like the cartoons so the medium size works for me. I like the visual of the giant Sents opening up houses like mutants are rats in a nest though. I do think it would be easy to sell this even with issues. I don't think it would fit on top of your shelf back there?

I can't deny that this is a fantastic statue but like you said Mr X does have its issues like for instance my opinion I'm not digging the helmet something about it seems off to me but the concept is amazing

IMO, what puts this statue over the top is the Sentinel head. It looks really cool, and the light up eyes 👌🏽... Magneto himself is ok. Think there's better versions of him. Should have come with different expressions. My Magneto holding Thors hammer looks cooler 😉

I'm glad I'm not the only one who shares that sometimes to much muscle detail loses its appeal. Nothing wrong with a great definition but in this case, I agree it's too much.

The sentinel head is too busy, therefore very distracting. I would pass on this one and keep your other Magneto statue.

I guess I am in the minority on this one. The statue is too busy and overblown. It's as if Magneto is standing in front of a junkyard. Add to that all of the problems you mention (including a piece that doesn't even have a keyhole?), along with mediocre portraits, I am just not a fan. Finally, I think the X-men characters with Sentinel styled bases have been done ad nauseum. Hope you can find a sucker...I mean buyer... who you can sell it to in Denver!

Missing pieces, broken pieces, average paint, below average sculpt. Best part is the concept. But even that is stolen from the Rouge (man face Franco) statue. On top of all that it is difficult to display and impossible to move. 😩 I dislike it. Please sell it asap!
