Just fitting these now. What a total pain they are! I have an overboarded ceiling so two layers of plasterboard. The round flex comes out at the side which means they don't just fit into the cutout. I'm having to saw out an extra cutout in the upper board to so they will fit in the hole and sit properly.

as an American spark, there's no space for wire in the connection box, which means it's very fiddly to get the right strip length.

I wish manufacturers would standardise on their connectors, such as the Quickwire T-Connector.

Love these lights, they’re my go to, only annoying thing is when I’m fitting out a house, say 100 lights I have to open every light individually, any chance Luceco could to a jumbo pack? 10,20,30?

Just tried these for the first time and won't be using them again. Anyone that designed the flex to come out of the side of the fitting needs a good talking to complete nightmare to get into ceiling.

Joe what with all that light above your head yet you are still not very well eliminated at least not for video. Probably because the light is behind you. A couple of studio lights with large soft boxes on to your right and one to your left set at a 45d angle and head hight placed a few feet in front of you would make a world of difference.
