Bang Saray is just over 20 km from Pattaya, and well within driving distance for weekend away from Bangkok. And the Kept Bang Saray Hotel Pattaya is the top rated hotel in the area according to Agoda. Let's find out why!
It could be that the rooms are very reasonably priced for what you get. I paid less than 3,000 Baht for a Duplex room including breakfast in October 2023.
Or it could be the beauty of the location, or the availability of free activities including cycling, fishing and sightseeing. Maybe it's the standard of the rooms? Although often quoted is the level of customer service from the staff.

fantastic place, my kind of hotel. no worries about those stairs at night, that's what the balcony is for.

Brilliant BC ...Beautiful, tranquil, sea side Bang Saray weather overcast and cooler . Great cinematography ...audio as well! Peace and Love Non loft accommodation is necessary at my age and abilities. Younger fit people would have no problem IMO just an opinion of course Fireman's pole for safe nighttime descents to the bathroom maybe? 555

Thanks, Ric. Grateful for the compliments! Normally I visit the bathroom during the night. But on this occasion I crossed my legs until the morning! Don't know about a fireman's pole. I need my own personal elevator!

Looks like a nice get away place next time I’m in Pattaya. I’ve stayed in rooms like that before and for an old man like me who has to get up a couple times a night, those stairs would be scary. Lol. Can you mention your favorite restaurant you mentioned near the hotel so that I can try that as well? Thanks

Thanks, Goldfinger. I should say they do have 'normal ', one level rooms as well. I just fancied trying something slightly different and went for the duplex room as the price was basically the same. My favourite restaurant in Bangsaray is Manga & Hubba. The sign outside, shown in the video , says they are open until 11pm, but actually, they usually close at 9pm. Try it - it's a nice place!
