No, not really. Form is extremely important. Improper form in just about every exercise can lead to injury. Potentially career-ending injury. And I don’t need to be a chef to say this junk meal you made tastes like crap

You just need to practice on the last part of it. The transition and the final push. Assisted one armed dips is the exercise that will get you there.

I believe the second one is better. In the first one it looked like you were able to stabilize a bit at the end by allowing your right leg to contact the side of the pull-up apparatus.
