Is this Proof of poor build quality on the Fujifilm X-T5 and the new 18mm 1.4? ASMR

I had the X-T3 the same amount of time as my X-T5. The X-T3 was in much worse shape from wear and I had to get rid of it due to a defective shutter release. The X-T3 forced me to turn off the camera constantly to save battery. The silver paint on my X-T3 was not as durable as on my X-T5. It came off the corners of the upper trapezoid after the first 3 months.

I have heard the silver was not as robust as the black. I have only had the black bodies. I have also heard more than once about a shutter button issue on the X-T3 but have been lucky I guess. Thank you for taking the time to watch and share your experience. It is greatly appreciated.

Subbed! I prefer that clickiness of the 3 even if you have to crank a little harder than the xt5

All I know is my XT4 went back to the shop twice, so far with the XT5, I haven’t had any issues!

I have very good luck with my Fuji gear. I never had the x-t4. What all do you like to photograph? My 3 and 5 I have drug with me everywhere I go. Very seldom do I not have my camera with me. In fact if it is a function that a camera and photos are inappropriate I probably wouldn't go. I don't visit friends that hate their photos taken. Lol
