I love the microteas - they're always in my bag and I always seem to have a few at the bottom of my suitcase :) - Congrats on swim to scholarships.. definitely have a couple little swimmers I think could really benefit from the coaching of two of you - Love you giving back like that. Its awesome

3000 straight?? Just cause a set is 3000 yds does not make it straight. A timed 3000, that is a straight 3000 yd swim. No breaks, no intervals, just 3000 yds as fast as you can
