I own the Emotiva XPA-2 Gen 3 Power Amp. I didn't go for the PT1 or PT2 because they don't have XLR outputs, instead I was going for a Rotel or Parasound Pre Amp. But you released the XDA-3 just in time for me so I have that now. I enjoy both immensely. Your designs are clean and outstanding. Keep up the great work.

They have the XDA3. Which is balanced, but dosent have as many options As the PT1 and honestly could probably use a bit higher quality DAC chip to compete

I love my pt-1. However I wanted to put a tall BT antenna on it but found it does not have an easy screw on antenna. I have to keep my streamer with 2-3ft. It's a weak output from it compared to my phones output apparently but I bought it to use instead my phone. Any way to improve antenna reception?

Can this replace my avr feeding my 2 basx amps? I use the avr for preouts only, but I don't want to lose the arc from the TV to the avr. Is this possible with the pt1? Tia.

I wish all your products were not with mandatory BLUE lighting. It emits white color light which makes it hard to sleep. All sleep scientists say to avoid blue lightning late at night, even small diodes. Otherwise, thumbs up!

I really like the Low Pass and HighPass. Something, many are missing and which is crucial to integrate a sub, and improve midrange.

Entry level are $100 and below. $1,000+ is mid range level.

why so big? I am assuming the circuitry takes up no space inside the box.

A lot of our customer's needs require a full width to match their other gear or for rack mounting purposes. Also allows us to keep the price low by sharing a similar chassis between models.

Thanks for replying. I'm not in the US, space is a premium. 1/2 width racked items are common in commercial AV, perhaps a form-factor to consider in the future.@@EmotivaAudioCorp
