It is great to see how Shane developped as a broadcaster. I remember when he did his first games in Winnipeg for TSN, a bit nervous, not as eloquent as he is now. But he kept going and with the help of Denis he became one of my favorite color analyst. Right on.

There is no GM/Pres that could come into Pittsburgh and win a Cup. That's an absurd qualifier for approval of Dubas. They're done. Sid's Cup count stops at 3 unless he leaves Pitt. The best Dubas can do is orchestrate the rebuild properly and make them less of a joke in the next year or 2.
