Milk is 94% two things: Curds (Casein and Fat) and Whey (Water, Lactose and Proteins). Yoohoo uses those two ingredients Look on the ingredients. It's mostly Whey (without the lactose) and the water from that and Corn Syrup which is combined with the Cocoa. You're basically drinking Milk where the only part of the curds you get is some of the Casein and none of the milkfat. It's Chocolate syrup and skim milk. Of which, milk is mostly water, like Yoohoo.

if your lactose intolerant, be advised Yoohoo has whey protein and nonfat dry milk as ingredients-it is not just chocolate syrup and water, even though if unshaken and possibly unchilled, it tastes like that's all. These are the only 2 ingredients missing with his non-Yoohoo product.
