Thank you for all your advise, I am 82 I have to say that I enjoy life, I take good care of my health, and I am grateful for all the great things God has given me. I try to help people around me, every day. It makes me happy.

I take excellent care of my health. I have no medical problems, eat very healthy, enjoy hobbies, exercise and talk with people I like, and take long walks with my dog daily. I sometimes fall asleep at 7 or 8 pm, then wake up around 2 or 3, then do whatever I like early in the day. My family on both sides, other than those who drank alcohol, lived to late 90s to 102. I love where I live. I never engage narcissists. No contact is the only way to go. Sometimes, they test me to see if I have changed. I will never engage them.

Some people say this is the modern problem we’re all a lot healthier (my mother smoked for England and died of a massive heart attack at 60 years of age she had no memory problems!) but we have a world population living longer with Alzheimer’s and a burden on society

Both my parents had Dementia. My mother in her later days was unable to recognise us in spite of telling her we are her children. She is to keep on asking everyone to find her children. It is difficult to see such situation

It isn't every dementia that is Alzheimers. Alzheimers is a specific condition; my wife has dementia, but it is NOT Alzheimers.

Far too chatty about examples and general stuff. Apologies but opting out as it takes ages to get to points of advice. In any case, what little has been said so far is such that I can't see me changing and chosing to be miserable. What's needed is protection from normal lifestyles' issues instead.

Sugar is the culprit as Alzheimers is T3 diabetes. You have to see what food makeup is at the molecular level, how much fructose. Sugar is 50% fructose and 50% glucose as an example and you need to know this for everything you consume.

From narrative; excessive salt & fat from snacks, lack of Vita-B12(veggie), lack of Vit-K, SLEEP too less or TOO LONG (?).. During sleeping, mostly the heart beats slower and less pushing than when you awake.. walking or running. This explains why too long sleep will make the Brain getting LESS OXYGEN due to Less blood flow while the heart is IDLING. Lack of exercise, which important to increase large amount of oxygen..so.

Cheers, but it isn't just those things. Before opting out I'd heard of reducing salt (i.e. forgetting about tasting stuff again), lowering fat (leaving me little left given I'm minimising carbohydrates already) and cutting out snacks, which I use as a minimum sized meal. On the plus side I am presently taking supplements for the nutritional risks you mention.

Its is not tau or amyloid. A comparative study of the brains of octogenarians after death found no significant difference between those that died with Alzheimer's and those that did not. Since Alzheimer's can be reversed using MCA oil which is a source of ketones that c an provide energy to the brain without requiring insulin it is now believed to be a form of diabetes or insulin resistance involving mitochondrial dysfunction and the many factors that cause that turning cells into cancer cells.

I think this is a rather misleading video. Instead of saying skipping breakfast is a trigger, say lack of required nutrients is a trigger. In fact most of your triggers were inferred and lack of nutrients, proper sleep, proper exercise, and avoidance of pollutants appear to be the real culprits.

All what you are saying plenty of exercise, at least five times a week and cut meat out of your diet, I wish you all the best , think about what you’re eating.
@errolfraser9722
@errolfraser9722 Ай бұрын
All what you are saying doesn’t make sense , back in the 50s and 60s you didn’t hear much about Alzheimer’s and dementia, but all of a sudden in the 90s all you can hear about is Alzheimer’s and dementia,since mobile phones is more common, and also the dirty water that they keep recycling, people are drinking it from the tap, also meat that is supposed to be thrown away finds it way back in the food chain, meat that not cook properly, people eating meat with the blood still in it , the bible tell you not to eat meat with blood in it,so it nothing to do with to much sleep or snacks, as you suggest,people just have to do more exercise at least five times a week,cut out meat from your diet, be carful of the food that you eat, and also the water that you drink,people don’t care about what they are selling you all they care about is profit ,
