I'm a little "crazy" but ... my setup is almost the same apart from a few minor details 3800X and a B550 MB with a 3070 and 64 gig Ram I get the same result in 5940x080 with "tripple monitor setup;)))" with the FPS in the 40s - sometimes in the high 50s, unless I am in "LAGVILLE" then it sometimes knocks me down to below 20 FPS; (

If your not a SC fan and considering playing it, yet you are a PC Builder Freak then yeah get the game. If you want to tell yourself if your computer is capable of playing any high end games. The answer is use Star Citizen as a Bench Mark. If you can run 30 to 20 fps on the low end on SC, more than likely you system can play any modern game out. But if your not committed to upgrading your PC than performance is not guaranteed.
