I would like to share my experience with regards to High Mont property in Hinjewadi by Mittal Brothers. There are two builders in the market with the same name and hence people sometimes get fooled by the cheap builder like this. I booked the property in 2015 but got possession in 2020 that too after lots of hustle. The quality of the flat is absolutely like a Chawl. I had to replace the bathroom tiles, all 7 doors and windows of my flat to make it livable. The parking was allotted after 2 years when owners protested on the road. The worst substandard quality of construction. Since 2020 he has changed the phase-2 plan and brought 7 new buildings instead of previously promised Two towers. He has not been able to reach 9 floors but other builders in the same area have almost completed the construction like Purnam and VJ Eternitee too is nearing possession. The only best part about the project is its location just below the foothill otherwise the builder has ruined the property and got not shame. Recently purchased a property with VJ and trust me one of the best experience I had so far.

Sir my name is pradeep thakur i purchase one 2 bhk flat on 2016 and i paid advance 2 lakhs 4 instalment and per month they are deducting from Ecs from sbi bank 17,500 per month regularly but in corona period there was money in my account but they not deduct Ecs money 3 month some technical issues now they are sending me mail that your payment is balance 150,000 you have to pay immidiatly but after that they are deducting every month Ecs from bank regularly now i have one question with you in this case builder he can cancel my flat agreement or they will charge panalty untill now i totally paid 16,00000 lakhs and my possessions date is 2026 please advise me he can cancel or create any problem for me please advise me thank you
