Ischemic means that an organ (e.g., the heart) is not getting enough blood and oxygen. Ischemic heart disease, also called coronary heart disease (CHD) or coronary artery disease, is the term given to heart problems caused by narrowed heart (coronary) arteries that supply blood to the heart muscle
Myocardial infarction (MI), colloquially known as "heart attack," is caused by decreased or complete cessation of blood flow to a portion of the myocardium. Myocardial infarction may be"silent," and go undetected, or it could be a catastrophic event leading to hemodynamic deterioration and sudden death

@@DoctorNajeeb i was hospitalized after experiencing a fever, and later in the day, I encountered breathing difficulties. The medical team promptly provided me with an oxygen mask, along with medications and injections. Around 7 o'clock, they attached heart monitors, and my condition appeared to improve, allowing me to sit up. Unfortunately, my health rapidly deteriorated, leading to an emergency situation where I was diagnosed with a heart attack, potentially resulting from either excessive or incorrect medication. pray for me
