When you're in Tokyo you have an endless choice of possibilities for what to eat. But one of the many great Japanese food experiences of Tokyo is the famous Isetan Shinjuku department store basement level food hall. Within the food hall you'll find one of the greatest selections of high quality food all in one place in the world. Everything is extremely good looking, and they not only have all forms and shapes of Japanese food, but also there's international food as well.
But be careful, the Isetan Shinjuku food hall isn't cheap. You'll buy a few small things and the bill adds up pretty quickly. Ying and I got a few bentos, some sushi rolls, and I couldn't leave without a plate of amazingly fresh and delicious looking tuna sashimi.
We got our Japanese food and walked over to Shinjuku Gyoen park to eat. It was an excellent day and delicious meal!
