thank you for this. without this, i wouldn't have been able to do this. This has helped me to magnify and intensify my yoga experience and experience bliss everyday I do it (I do it a lot, but not everyday yet). Thank you and god bless you. If only ISHA do this for their students rather have them rely on memory for yoga. Sheesh lol

i am new to this, my squat set caused horrible cramping in my lower back ( i do have issues with my back and right hip) - I was hoping these practices might help me- should i stop the squat set, or am i doing something wrong?

I think you are good as long as you dont have strong pain, then you probably should consult with a doctor before proceeding.

No.... it can be done whe the weather is cool.. meaning morning and evening.. And there should be a gap of 1.5 hrs. Between your last meal and upayoga.....

Nadi shodan.... others say exhale inhale and switch nostril.... but here it is inhale exhale switch nostril.... please let me know if this is correct way.

It is inhale first from left nostril by keeping thumb on the right nostril, then exhale from right by keeping your middle and index finger on left nostril, again inhale from right only and exhale through left. Then again inhale through left and repeat the process.

There r two missing aasannas … one where the knees are to b rotated clockwise and anti clockwise and the other where you stand and sit on your hips crouching … are they not that imporatnat ?

Yes they are a part of inner engineering but they aren't included in upayog a I guess. In many of the videos I found them missing.

You start the mudra when Sadhguru starts chanting at 35:23. This video just shows the execution of the practices, excluding the explanations, unless they are given during the practice. Use the Isha Foundation videos or the app to learn everything, then you can use this as a kind of guide through the complete practice when you don’t need the explanations anymore.
