Body shaming നേരിടുന്നത് വണ്ണം കൂടിയവർ മാത്രമാണെന്നാണ് പൊതുവെ ധാരണ.25 വയസ്സായിട്ടും 40 കിലോ മാത്രമുള്ള ഞാൻ അനുഭവിച്ച് തീർത്തത് എത്രയാണെന് എനിക്കറിയാം.അയ്യേ എന്ന് മുഖത്തു നോക്കി പറയുന്ന എത്രയോ 'perfect ജന്മങ്ങൾ'...എത്രത്തോളം അഭിനയിച്ചാലും self confidence ഉരുകിയൊലിച് പോകുന്ന അവസ്ഥ.നല്ല ഹാപ്പിയായി കോളേജിലേക്കിറങ്ങുബോൾ ബസ് സ്റ്റോപ്പിൽ വെച്ച് നീയെന്തടി ഇത്ര മെലിഞ്ഞ്.. ഈ ഡ്രെസ്ഒന്നും നിനക്കൊട്ടും ചേരുന്നില്ല എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു ആ ദിവസത്തെ മുഴുവൻ സന്തോഷവും തകർക്കുന്ന so called friends.. that is really dangerous...എല്ലാ മേഖലയിലും diversity ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്ന നമുക്ക് എന്തോകൊണ്ട് human body nature ലെ diversity മാത്രം അംഗീകരിക്കാൻ ക്ക്ഴിയുന്നില്ല എന്നത് ചിന്തിക്കേണ്ടിയിരിക്കുന്നു. This is my first ever video of ishaani and I loved it so much. Whatever she said is right. I too was sooo slim but I managed to built up . Now when she shared her experience I could relate it with that of mine. Its a very useful video . Thank you ishani for sharing this with all. But the difference was I had a fully vegetarian diet.

Ok. So I'll start from my Brek fast. Around 08.30 ill have my breakfast. Thats when I eat wholeheartedly🤭. 1 cup of milk with Turmeric powder , dates , nuts, fruits and whatever my mom makes on that day. You can also include some of ur fav items too . Including homemade choclate or homemade ghee may bring a good improvement . Coming to lunch , I prefer rice more than chapathi or such items. Taking curry double than ur meal could be more useful. Changing ur curries and veggies and adding up pickles , some potato/brinjal fries, gheers ,payasams ,etc could be done. Fruit juices , Milkshakes, homemade cookies, bananas can be consumed during evening times. At night, I prefer light dinners. Having milk at night is very useful. Drinking a lot of water during day time is also effective. Hope it helps u . Best of luck💓

I can totally relate to you....I used to be stick thin and I used to envy anyone who looked healthier than me and people could only see my underweight body not the person i was. Yes everyone talks about body shaming when it relates only to being judgemental about fat people and none sees the other side of the coin. Do not try to lose /gain weight for others , do it only if you think it'd make you healthier and pleasing to your own eyes.
