Thank you. Very useful video. I have a question. I just bought one of these bikes, a used one, but when I change the level of resistance, there is no resistance at all, so I removed both pedals and all the screws from the panel where the belt is stored, but I can't get the panel open. Can you assist please? I want to open it to see if maybe the belt slipped off.

I have an extra bit that goes on before the handle bar bit? Also the wire connection by the dial has fallen in to the tube and I can't get it out! Help!

It’s depends on how fast your going and how much resistance or no resistance your using. Probably lol

@Jaleesa H. I have one of these cheap foldable bikes, I burn an average of 212-260 in 30 minutes.
