About us:
We're Jack & Megan, and in late 2020 we sold our belongings and packed our lives into our 2005 Toyota Troop Carrier to travel Australia. Our original plan was to complete a full lap of Australia and return home to Perth to resume our 'normal' lives. We decided we wanted to document our lap for the future and began sharing weekly travel vlogs of our life on the road and fell in love vlogging, filmmaking and sharing our lives with you. We completed our first lap and couldn't imagine living any other way so we decided to continue travelling and calling the Troopy home. We have gone on some crazy adventures since then and it is all thanks to you tuning in to join us every week.

I loved that line too. Jack, trust me buddy, it was the oysters that got you feeling the way you did 😂. Eat a dozen and see how you feel. Try having them kilpatric or cheesy mornay style. There’s something in them that just brings out the love.

Love the ep guys! Looking at tassie for a trip years ago was when I first came across the want for a troopy so pretty cool to watch you guys driving around down there! Little tip for you with lighting the jet boil, bend the ignition wire chicky thing up so there’s about 4mm between it and the burner and it should work again. I have to do it to mine constantly but means you don’t need the lighter 👌🏼 Love the content and safe travels guys!!

That bloody rock! 😄When l was camping on Bruny Island, l was living in my Landcruiser, and l had just finished a quick all over bodywash in the car, then jumped out barefoot onto what must have been that same rock and busted my little toe. Devil rock! 😈

The next time you try oysters, try them Kilpatrick. You put chopped bacon and Worcester Sauce on top, then place under a grill. Much nicer than raw. My favourite way. ...BTW love your hat rack in the cabin 😃

You should have camped at Cloudy Corner at the southern end of the island. It’s amazing there! Oh wait, you did :) My son and I camp there all the time :) You should have visited the Lighthouse while you were at that end of the island!

Just one thing about the fridge cover. It has been proven on numinous other comparison channels that it is actually more efficient to not have the cover on. It holds the heat onto the fridge. Only if it’s outside or always in sun you should use one. Love ya vids 🤘🔥🇦🇺🍻

Im now NEEDING to see Tassie again, last time I was there we didnt get to see Bruny Island......not to mention that the last time I was in Tassie was 43 years ago. For Hobart, the closest to any campsite of decent value are the showgrounds in Glenorchy. You can go full power and water or a simple patch of grass. It's a great base to explore the Hobart region from.

Jack, I have seen some KZfaq tests on Portable fridge "Travel Covers" and have never used one since. One test showed it was worth cutting the meshed area out to allow the cooling air to flow better. If you two happen to be passing St Helens and have time, I have been told that the Two Headed Treasures shop is worth a visit and a few laughs.

Stunning places. I was salivating when I saw the oysters. Nothing beats fresh oysters. Yum! Then that fresh bread. Double yum! 😋😋 And as always, your added info for the places you visit, makes a huge difference to the viewing experience. Thanks for sharing guys. I worked for 9 months this year at Southport ( directly opposite the southern end of Bruny island) and never went to visit the island. Bloody stupid of me! Thanks for giving me a good look around ✅

I sure was a bit slow in watching this episode Jacks reaction to the Oysters as soon as he ate it is exactly the same reaction I have to oysters. I don't know if i could actually do it hey hahahaha Seriously hope whatever has happened to your foot isn't too serious, foot injuries suck so hopefully its a quick recovery or just nothing tooooooo serious. I mean, you're experienced hikers now! Another great episode again, perfectly capturing the atmosphere even though the weather wasn't completely on your side. Its gonna be sad to see this Tassie journey come to an end, but you've certainly convinced me to try and get there.

wd40 will get the yellow paint off .... I tried booking a trip over there but my vehicle is too high and the earliest return i could get way in late July so was dissapointed to miss out on seeing some of the sights you guys have shown me ... but ... i managed to borrow a shorter vehicle and have book a trip over there in mid Jan to early March ... so excited !!

Not an oyster liker, slimy . However a smoked oyster is a totally different experience. Do be carefull with oysters , A rotten oyster can kill you, have never come across one but I would imagine it would stink
