In this video we visit the remote islands of the Scillies to go spearfishing and camping. Part one is the quest; travelling to the islands and choosing a beach to camp. Part 2 coming soon :)

New to all this, I've been enjoying learning this year and catching up with your videos. This was a lovely antidote to a December day in Scotland. The North Sea has been volatile and unfriendly for the past few months. Can't wait to get back in and see something! Anything! Thank you for all your inspiration. Mark, East Lothian

My best friends dad ran a dive school and we used to go and help out on the dives. We would have been about 10/11 and really into snorkelling. We begged him to let us go in there and we saw a similar school of bass. Had forgotten all about it until I saw your video.

Joe this is really important information about your Suzuki engine. Take the hood off and you need to remove your leg side panels, On the left hand side above where you flush the engine with a hozelock connection theres a steel plug that was for an O2 sensor that wasn't used. You need to remove it and replace it with an alloy one before the steel reacts with the aluminium block and corrodes it. If your lucky you might catch it before it gets too bad. Google suzuki outboard steel plug. Its an absolute nightmare.

Sometime during the covid, Joe’s videos ceased being a little youtube frolic and became serious videography. I’m not sure what business advice I’d give him. Either full time cinematography for television or full on epic adventures for people with too much money.
