that is actually not too far off the mark. beeing content with what we are, and what we have is our definition of happyness. (the american way of life is dominated by greed or envy .. you dont have their money - they look down on you - doesnt happen in finland. As long you dong earn 500.000 / annum , you feel inadquate - does not happen in finland... etc) That means: as long my lada gets me from a to b As long my roof is not leaking As long i have friends that would be there if i ever would dare to ask them for a favor.... As long i can step out of my door, and find an intact nature to chillax in and forget the horrors of this world .... ... as long those conditions can be met by most of the population, that long we are "happy" laughing like we had a clown in our pocket is not happyness.

I agree it doesn't really get better than 90%. Anyone doing better must be on drugs. Anything below 20% is being on death's door. That's a near-coma hangover. Going by 20% increments, I'd day between 20% and 60% would constitute a sick day. 70% is recovering, 75% is recovered enough to tackle the daily stress, 80% is fit as a fiddle. Anything above that is just you showing off.
