it's a nice unit but the TRS to XLR cable that comes with it is male to male, I don't get why they didn't do male trs to female XLR

Would you recomend to combine the ES2 and the mic? At the same time? Thanks great video

I would probably use one or the other instead of both combined. You might get phasing with both simultaneously, but I'm not sure. I don't have it here to test anymore.

@@MyMusicMasterclass I thought about it, but 5ms latency is irrelevant, the human ear might only start notice something around 20ms

Yes, by itself the latency should be imperceivable. However, along with the built-in internal mic of the guitar (both together), you will get phasing. But there is no need to put both signals together. That's not the point of this unit.

Does the receiver rely on dc power? Any way to use this for busking?

It does rely on DC power. I would look into rechargeable 9V power supply options if you want to busk with it.
