It's technically 1:1, if they fought a 3rd time would determine the "stronger" fighter but considering how Izzy dominated the first fight but lost, and just knocked out Pereira in the 2nd round of the 2nd fight... slept him for close to 4 minutes. It's clear Izzy is just better at this point. Previous losses outside the UFC matter if you're looking at stats, but it currently doesn't really matter. Losing 7 years ago, improving your skill, becoming champion and having to overcome your "monster" in the way that he did, without taking a break from the sport, coming off a 3:0 lose streak as far as Pereira is concerned, and still not giving up already cements him amongst the GOATS.

You're ignoring the context. The first fight was a controversial decision. Many thought Izzy was robbed and it's how he got the rematch in the first place. So it's arguably 2-2. In their 2nd fight, Pereira was almost finished and saved by the refs standing 8 count. The first 2 fights are also from a different sport.
