Israel Folau is an Australian professional rugby league player who plays for Catalans Dragons. He has previously played Australian rules football and rugby union. In 2019, he became the record holder for most tries scored in Super Rugby history.

He most likely was. 6'4", 105kgs and moves like a stallion on the pitch. Absolutely dominant in the air! He definitely is one of the greatest players in the history of Super Rugby. Australian rugby has been in tatters ever since their governing body denied him the right to play😃 James Haskell once said, "If I could have the skills of any rugby player on the planet it'd be Israel Folau's".

@@johanqahoush93 He still plays. Which means that he is not genuine - according to what you said. It is interesting to see what you regard as "genuine character". He also claimed that the Australian bushfires were a sign sent by god for the homosexuals and abortions. But you can side with him...if you want...but you are going to have to be prepared to defend, what appears to be, a man without common sense. A very faithful chap though, I can see why you like him!

Chris I meant specifically play rugby for Australia. Which the whole case was about. Delete your beliefs from being shared in public, or don’t play for the national team. And yes Genuine. Many deny their faith, and many more are afraid to speak out what they think, believe based on people’s opinions. That is genuine. To stand up for your faith and rather suffer persecution. Than to delete something just because unbelievers hate God and the Bible.

Rohan Murphy I agree I feel he also sort of used his rugby career as a platform to express his religious/homophobic views and I bet he knew it would make a lot of people angry and annoyed it’s good to have religious views and faith but he should’ve really kept it to himself and thought about what consequences he would’ve faced

@@JamesMason-ql3sb if you know Christians brother you know they don't shut up about their beliefs. And use every method to try and spread the word. He stood for what he believed and I respect that even though he faced consequences. The part I disagree with is why an organization like the LGBT can have so much pull in a sport that existed before they were even a whimper and has produced more role models in one game than it will in a million years. Truth is ARU fucked up and it will bite them in the ass forever

Most of the time the whole wallabies team are just average players but Izzy still manage to produce stuff out of nothing, followed him from his NRL times at Storms, he was a beast, it's great to see that he's playing rugby now at Japan, might play for Tonga in the nxt RWC..God bless

Howlett had the most Super Rugby tries with 59 in his 10 yr career with the Blues.. only took Folau 6 yrs to break it. then he gets the sack.. a year later he scores a try for the Catalan Dragons with his first touch of the ball.. he sets up the winning try in the dying mins in his 2nd game.. he is one of the greats.
